It Looks like everyone wins with the permitting of the i-73 project!

(The Coastal Conservation League members have a habit of omitting the facts as they speak against our first interstate. They got a great deal in the mitigation for the I-73 project and their time would be better served for the Grand Strand fighting against offshore drilling or something really worthwhile.)

In exchange for I-73’s 313 acres of wetlands, the mitigation for the I-73 project includes the protection of 4,618 Acres of wetlands. The coastal conservation league, therefore, won a prize, and it’s time they take their prize and focus on stopping a different project. It’s time to build interstate 73 in South Carolina — for the people!
